Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, IT, Safety, Learning & Development, Human Resources, and Project Teams to support new facility launches, system implementations, operational recovery efforts, performance improvement initiatives, and process optimization projects. Success in this position comes from bringing deep expertise in large-scale e-commerce operations, a passion for coaching teams, and the ability to quickly assess opportunities, develop action plans, and deliver sustainable improvements.
