This role will partner closely with site project teams, engineering, construction management, finance, legal, risk management, manufacturing stakeholders, EPC/EPCM providers, and key suppliers to ensure compliant, competitive, and value-driven procurement execution from FEL-1 through project closeout. This position will report directly to the Capital Procurement leadership - Capital Projects and will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that support capital investments across chemical manufacturing facilities, including plant expansions, reliability and maintenance, HIPD, environmental compliance, regulatory projects, and major capital initiatives.
