Serve as a primary resource for interpretation and application of U.S. federal and state programs, including the Clean Water Act (CWA), Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), NPDES permitting, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sections 401 and 404, SPCC, CERCLA hazardous substances reporting, and aboveground storage tank regulations. Provide corporate‑level expertise and guidance to businesses, manufacturing sites, and functions on water and wastewater regulatory compliance, including drinking water, surface water, groundwater, and wastewater permitting requirements.
