Develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide EHS policies, programs, and procedures aligned with federal (OSHA, EPA, DOT, USCG), state (TCEQ), and local regulations, particularly for hazardous materials transportation, fuel storage, emissions, spill prevention, and waste management. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic direction with active field presence to drive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, minimize risks, and foster continuous improvement across operations, fleets, terminals, and facilities.
