Role Description: BNSF's Mgr Environmental Ops will oversee field compliance with federal, state and local environmental regulations and BNSF policy, for our facilities and infrastructure in Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee and Oklahoma - serving as: Collaborator with federal, state and local environmental agencies, community and tribal representatives, and other external stakeholders, in support of daily environmental operations activities and associated projects. Daily work is conducted in an indoor/outdoor safety sensitive environment where working conditions can include diverse and extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, and sleet), walking and performing work on uneven surfaces, working around loud noises, fumes, and heavy/moving machinery.
