As an Environmental Service Technician, you’ll bring care, consistency, and attention to detail to every task. You’ll maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the center — ensuring that participants, staff, and visitors have a healthy and comfortable environment.This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, versatile, and enjoys hands-on work. You’ll be part of a supportive team in a calm, people-centered environment where collaboration, compassion, and growth come first. Hourly Wage:$17.50 /hr. to start - $18.50 after 90 days Schedule: First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.  Benefits: <ul><li>9 Paid Holidays </li><li>PTO starting at 3 weeks + 1 day per year (accrued from date of hire for full-time employees) </li><li>Medical, Dental, & Vision </li><li>Free Life and AD&D Insurance Plan </li><li>Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts </li><li>Short Term Disability Insurance </li><li>Group Voluntary Term Life Insurance for Employee, Spouses, and Dependents </li><li>Paid Parental Leave </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement and Paid Training Opportunities </li><li>Retirement Plan with company annual match </li><li>Mileage Reimbursement at annual IRS rate as applicable </li></ul> Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Clean and sanitize all areas of the center, including public spaces, restrooms, and medical areas.</li><li>Disinfect and maintain exam rooms, tables, and other surfaces following proper procedures.</li><li>Understand and follow the company’s Infection Control policies.</li><li>Handle and mix cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.</li><li>Restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels throughout the day.</li><li>Store and rotate cleaning products according to company policy.</li><li>Order and organize cleaning and housekeeping supplies.</li><li>Lift and move cleaning materials and refuse as required.</li><li>Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as painting or picture hanging.</li><li>Serve as a contact for outside service companies, contractors, and deliveries.</li><li>Observe and report any maintenance or safety issues to the Maintenance & Life Safety Compliance Manager.</li><li>Follow work assignment flow to complete tasks promptly.</li><li>Maintain infection control and health safety standards.</li><li>Participate in ongoing Quality Initiative training.</li><li>Build rapport with participants, staff, and visitors through respectful communication.</li></ul> Everyone’s journey is unique. 	1–3 years’ janitorial experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. 
	Experience working with the frail or elderly population is a plus — but not required.
