In this role, you are an integral leader in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, facilitating cross-functional alignment among Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product Development to translate business plans into executable supply chain strategies. Reporting directly to the Director of Supply Chain, you provide leadership across demand planning, supply planning, domestic purchasing, and global sourcing while leading a team that includes the Demand Planner and Purchasing Manager.
