In addition, the mother and child welfare Supervisor will conduct home based well-baby appointments; assess infant and women care and home supports; monitor infant and pediatric developmental stages; and offer guidance, education and referrals to parents, as appropriate, to achieve positive support outcomes through home visiting. Preferred: 1 year experience or case management experience in Early Education, Early Childhood Development, Children Services, Social Work, Women's Health, Case Management, Wellness Educator, Community Health Advocate, Drug or Alcohol Counseling, or related field.
