Conduct facility Field Observations with maintenance team to ensure compliance with policies and programs, provide direct support to JLL employees on industry EH&S compliance as well as site specific client compliance or site-specific operating requirements, manage all aspects of EH&S training from reporting, tracking, and developing to the account, and provide safety training (train the trainer) to ensure that facility teams receive required training including Confined Space Awareness training, Powered Industrial Truck, Fall Protection Awareness training, and Lockout Tagout Training. What your day-to-day will look like: Develop and implement comprehensive EH&S programs and initiatives that comply with regulatory requirements and promote employee participation and accountability including contractor safety, isolation of hazardous energy, chemical management, emergency procedures, and safety committee teams, while providing guidance and advice on EH&S management at all levels on the account and ensuring programs comply with regulatory, client, and company requirements.
