The EHS Manager partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Human Resources, and Company leadership to identify and mitigate workplace hazards, ensure regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, develop effective safety programs, and build a proactive safety culture across all shifts. Manage safety programs applicable to manufacturing operations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), hazard communication, powered industrial trucks, machine guarding, electrical safety, emergency response, ergonomics, fall protection, and other applicable programs.
