The Environmental Manager implements the Environmental Protection Plan, manages permits and stormwater controls, controls hazardous materials and waste, maintains required records, and has authority to direct correction of nonconforming environmental work. When on site, work may involve tropical heat and humidity, rain, uneven terrain, stairs/ladders, construction noise, required PPE, and extended, weekend, outage, emergency, or alternate-shift hours.
