Unit Details: 25-bed unit with specialized rooms including 5 Labor & Delivery rooms, 12 postpartum beds, 2 operating rooms, 2 recovery rooms, and 2 antepartum nursing units, with an average daily census of 15-25 mothers and babies. Required Qualifications: Current Massachusetts RN License, BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) certification every two years for Labor & Delivery.
