Working closely with project managers, technical specialists, and client teams, you will coordinate multidisciplinary inputs; track scope, schedule, budget, actions, and deliverables; and help maintain clear communication across the project team. Working knowledge of site development principles, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, earthwork, development constraints, permitting, and interpretation of conceptual site plans, Civil 3D drawings, surveys, and technical studies.
