Education and/or Experience: A bachelors degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field, along with at least three (3) years of experience in manufacturing, managing capital projects, continuous improvement, mechanical engineering, and/or maintenance roles. Identifying and understanding challenges and opportunities by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information; choosing the best course of action by establishing clear decision criteria, generating and evaluating alternatives, and making timely decisions; taking action that is consistent with facts and optimizes probable consequences.
