A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training in field related to UX research such as human factors, human/computer interaction (HCI), psychology, anthropology, sociology, design, communication, journalism, media studies, cognitive science, information science, behavioral economics, or a related field. As a UX Researcher, you will focus on improving the user experience of the organization’s websites, applications, and services and will design and conduct all forms of user research to provide insights into customer desires, uncover behaviors, needs and pain points.
