This role owns the intake and resolution of customer compliance requests (e.g., Prop 65, PFAS, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, packaging regulations), coordinates with suppliers to collect and maintain material composition data, and issues accurate compliance certifications and statements to customers and internal stakeholders. Manage ongoing compliance programs for chemical and substance regulations, including TSCA (including Section 8(a)(7) PFAS reporting), REACH SVHC, RoHS, California Prop 65, and state-level PFAS laws (e.g., Minnesota Amara's Law, New Mexico HB212).
