As the App Dev Transformation Manager, you will serve as the principal leader responsible for transforming how OCIO develops, delivers, and supports software-establishing modern Agile and DevSecOps practices, improving delivery pipelines, and creating a measurable, outcome-driven delivery model aligned with mission needs. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
