In this role, you will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting OTC solutions—spanning order management, fulfillment, billing—and ensuring seamless integration with external systems via IDocs, middleware, and other interfaces. Drive integration between SAP and external ordering, e-commerce, CRM or third-party systems using IDoc, EDI or middleware platforms; monitor and resolve interface issues, ensure data integrity and consistency.
