Operating within a SAFe Agile framework, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Salesforce Architects, Engineers, QA, and business stakeholders to define current-state and future-state processes, write Features and user stories, support testing and releases, and ensure delivered solutions improve operational efficiency, data quality, scalability, and revenue outcomes. This individual contributor role is focused on analyzing, designing, documenting, and optimizing the business processes and technology capabilities that support ZoomInfo's end-to-end commercial lifecycle - from product configuration and quoting through contracting, order management, billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
