The Asphalt Sales Estimator will be responsible for generating opportunities, walking job sites, preparing estimates, presenting proposals, following up with customers, and helping convert qualified leads into profitable work. This role is ideal for someone who understands asphalt paving, maintenance, sealcoat, crackfill, striping, and parking lot rehabilitation, and who is comfortable working directly with property managers, owners, contractors, and commercial clients.
