Serve as a business analysis liaison among the RHTP ACIO IT Office, RHTP IT Leadership Team, RHTP Technical Program Manager, business programs, cross-agency partners, project managers, solution architects, procurement teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders. For cross-agency or advisory assignments, the role supports the RHTP Technical Program Manager and RHTP IT Leadership Team by documenting project information, decisions, risks, dependencies, procurement status, contract considerations, funding needs, hiring needs, and solution questions requiring ACIO IT Office awareness or action.
