WHO YOU ARE: Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree, in addition to: 10+ years of experience in product management; 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices; Strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, including translating business requirements into technical design specifications; Experience integrating CRM and ERP platforms using middleware such as PI/CPI and BTP; Understanding of radiology business processes across manufacturing and service environments; Experience designing integration solutions across platforms such as ERP, Service CRM, PLM, MES, and labeling systems; Experience in product design, development, testing, and end-to-end SDLC delivery; Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional delivery; Experience with Design Thinking and user-centered product development; Ability to manage initiatives against key metrics and business outcomes; Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills; Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences; Experience shaping product vision, roadmaps, and strategy; Experience leading digital solutions in complex, global enterprise environments; Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, grounded in data and market insight. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Set and communicate product strategy, ensuring priorities align with customer needs and business objectives; Own and prioritize the product backlog to deliver against strategic goals and roadmap commitments; Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring stability, compliance, and business impact; Partner across business and technical teams to drive agile execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
