The ERP Specialist partners with business leaders, process owners, IT, and external vendors to maintain system performance, support users, manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, and drive enhancements that improve operational efficiency and business visibility. This role serves as the primary system steward to ensure system reliability, data integrity, security, user support, and alignment with business processes across functions such as operations, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, engineering, and quality.
