​​​​The ERP Technical Lead provides technical leadership for Joy Baking Group’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform, ensuring solution design, integrations, data migration, security, and technical delivery align with business goals and overall technology strategy. This role partners with the selected ERP implementation partner, functional teams, business stakeholders, and systems integrator to support the successful replacement of legacy AS/400 and Infor XA systems with a scalable, integrated ERP platform. Post go-live, this role transition to platform owner across full Microsoft stack to support D365 (Azure integrations services, Microsoft Fabric, Power platform, Azure Infrastructure) and ongoing operations, including system administration, technical support, platform optimization, enhancements, integrations, release management, reporting initiatives, and governance activities. The ERP Technical Lead will play a key role in ensuring long-term stability, scalability, performance, and continuous improvement of the ERP environment.​​​

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>​​​Lead ERP technical architecture, integrations, and solution delivery to support business objectives and enterprise deployment strategy</li><li>​Oversee ERP data migration, validation, master data alignment, and data quality initiatives across ERP and connected systems</li><li>​Define and maintain ERP technical standards, integration architecture, environment strategy, and system governance practices</li><li>​Partner with Operations, Engineering, and IT teams to support integration between ERP and manufacturing/shop floor systems (e.g., MES, FactoryTalk, WMS, EDI, and operational technologies)</li><li>​Support development and standardization of IT/OT integration architecture and enterprise data visibility strategies</li><li>​Provide technical leadership and governance over Systems Integrator (SI) deliverables, solution quality, development standards, and implementation activities</li><li>​Evaluate and challenge SI recommendations, customizations, ISVs, and accelerators to ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term operational supportability</li><li>​Own ongoing health, enchantment delivery, and continuous improvement access D365 F&O/SCM, Azure integration services, Microsoft Fabric, Power platform, Azure DevOps and Azure Monitor</li><li>​Maintain D365 technology roadmap, tracking product release and deprecation and evaluating AI capabilities</li><li>​Collaborate with business and technical teams on master data governance, data management, and enterprise reporting strategies</li><li>​Ensure ERP platform alignment with cybersecurity, access management, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, and compliance requirements</li><li>​Coordinate ERP disaster recovery planning, business continuity activities, and platform resiliency initiatives</li><li>​Lead technical testing, deployment, cutover, release management, and post-go-live support activities</li><li>​Support ERP platform administration, environment management, system performance, and legacy system transition planning</li><li>​Support API, middleware, EDI, automation, and enterprise integration initiatives across the ERP ecosystem</li><li>​Provide leadership, coordination, and technical oversight for internal IT resources, vendors, and SI partners supporting the ERP environment</li><li>​Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, process optimization, and long-term platform enhancement post-implementation​</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>​​​​Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (required)</li><li>​Master’s degree in a related field (preferred)</li><li>​5+ years of Microsoft ERP and platform technical leadership</li><li>​3+ years hands-on with D365 F&O/SCM in a manufacturing environment</li><li>​Hand-on design and delivery experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, source control, release management</li><li>​Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, middleware, and data migration</li><li>​Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, SQL, and enterprise reporting platforms preferred</li><li>​Experience integrating D365 with operational technology (OT) environments preferred — , manufacturing execution systems (MES), SCADA platforms, or PLC data historians such as Factory Talk</li><li>​Experience coordinating with external implementation partners and vendors</li><li>​Multi-stack Microsoft certifications — MB-500, AZ-104, PL-300, DP-600 or equivalent preferred</li></ul>

Overview:
​​​​The ERP Program and Transformation Lead is responsible for leading Joy Baking Group’s enterprise-wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation program, ensuring successful execution from strategy and planning through implementation, migration, and business adoption. Working directly with the selected ERP implementation firm, this role partners closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and systems integrators to align ERP transformation initiatives with operational, financial, and strategic business objectives. This role provides overall program leadership and governance across all phases of the ERP transformation, including scope, budget, timeline, risk management, organizational readiness, change coordination, cross-functional alignment, and vendor management. The ERP Program and Transformation Lead will play a key role in driving enterprise process standardization, operational transformation, and long-term program success across all Joy Baking Group locations.  This is an 18-month initial engagement with possible extension.​ 

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>​​​Lead enterprise-wide ERP transformation planning, execution, governance, and delivery across all business functions and manufacturing sites</li><li>​Manage overall ERP program scope, budget, timeline, resource planning, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution activities</li><li>​Establish and maintain ERP program governance structures, status reporting, executive communications, and steering committee alignment</li><li>​Coordinate cross-functional business, operational, and IT to ensure alignment across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, warehouse, and corporate functions</li><li>​Manage the SI’s day-to-day delivery against the SOW</li><li>​Maintain critical path visibility and dependency management all workstreams</li><li>​Partner with business leadership to support organizational readiness, process standardization, adoption planning, and operational transformation initiatives</li><li>​Coordinate ERP-related data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities in partnership with technical and functional teams</li><li>​Support change management, communication planning, training coordination, and business readiness efforts across all sites</li><li>​Identify and manage program risks, escalations, resource constraints, and critical path dependencies throughout the ERP lifecycle</li><li>​Ensure alignment between ERP transformation initiatives and long-term business strategy, operational goals, and enterprise technology roadmap</li><li>​Provide regular executive-level reporting on program health, milestones, financials, risks, and overall transformation progress​</li></ul>

Qualifications:
