The Escrow Officer is able to manage complex real estate transactions from start to finish. This role involves preparing escrow instructions, coordinating with attorneys, buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents, disbursing funds, and ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
