As a Loan Servicing Escrow Associate in Agency and Institutional Capital Loan Servicing and Asset Management you will be responsible for protecting collateral value and lien priority through the administration of multifamily real estate taxes, insurance compliance operations, escrow accounts, exception management, and borrower servicing activities. Serve as primary owner for all tax-related exceptions, including delinquent taxes, disputed assessments, missing tax bills, incorrect parcel information, tax liens, payment rejections, and vendor-reported alerts.
