PERSONNEL: ROLES AND QUALIFICATIONS Instructor (Adult Education, ESL, Smart Start) Classroom instructor responsibilities include lesson planning, instruction, professional development, recruitment, and program improvement efforts. Other duties include, but not limited to, periodically reviewing goals, adjusting student placement, if needed, and coordinating with the student support staff.
