The CTE Esports Production Program Coach will report directly to the Director of CTE Career Services and provide Esports Production Degree students with clear pathways into the CTE Program and guidance through completion, including intrusive classroom support and advising, providing non-traditional career exposure and career placement support, and intensive tutoring and retention support to students in CTE Esports Production Programs, in order to increase course completion and student success. Supporting career entry success, the CTE Esports Production Program Coach will remain consistent with Camden County Colleges acknowledgement of the inherent value and dignity of all individuals by creating and nurturing a learning and working environment that affirms and leverages our communitys traditions, heritages, perspectives, and experiences.
