A Certified Laser Technician (CLT) or manufacturer certification (InMode, Rohrer), experience in a physician-supervised med spa or dermatology or plastic surgery practice, an existing local client book, and Zenoti familiarity are all strong advantages. 2+ years hands-on experience operating laser, IPL, and RF microneedling devices, including direct experience on Morpheus8 and/or a comparable platform (Rohrer Pixel8, Vivace, Potenza) plus ablative or Erbium resurfacing.
