Responsibilities Prepare and formulate strategy for the case; draft litigation pleadings; propound and respond to written discovery attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other case-related meetings; try cases to completion; and settle cases as appropriate. Review and supervise the preparation of pleadings, discovery, motions, court orders, demand packages, and other case-related documents.
