Coordinates with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, Programming, Material Handling, and other support functions to ensure employees have the information, materials, tooling, programs, inspection requirements, and support needed. Shadows experienced supervisors and progressively assumes responsibility for shift communication, turnover, manpower assignments, daily goals, production-status updates, and complete shift leadership.
