Lead EHS due diligence, align with local and global teams evaluating site-selection criteria, design reviews, permitting, pre-occupancy readiness, emergency planning, and operational launch support for new offices and facilities worldwide; establish repeatable global playbooks that enable rapid, compliant, and culturally effective expansion. Provide strategic oversight for laboratory, office, and technical-operations safety programs, including chemical and biological safety, industrial hygiene, process and equipment safety, hazardous materials and waste, electrical safety, lockout/tagout, hot work, contractor safety, ergonomics, occupational health, indoor environmental quality, and emergency response.
