The Program Manager works closely with project stakeholders, Strategic Sourcing, general contractors, architects, trade partners, equipment vendors and strategic suppliers to engage Supply Chain early, clarify responsibilities, identify appropriate contract pathways and help capture value before commitments are made. Embed with Design, Construction and Facilities and participate in relevant project planning meetings, design reviews and project coordination meetings as the Supply Chain representative, without responsibility for design, construction, project or contractor-selection decisions.
