The nurse manager role provides clinical leadership and supervision to Occupational Health staff, implements and maintains policies, monitors quality and performance metrics, and collaborates closely with Human Resources (HR), Infection Control, Safety and Risk Management and organizational leadership. Work with employees, managers and primary care providers, including facility providing health services, individual's physician, specialists, etc., to facilitate the employee's return to work in the most appropriate time frame and to facilitate job accommodation where required.
