Required Skills: <ul><li>Valid Texas nursing license (LVN)</li><li>Minimum of 1 year, preferably 2+ years, of direct care nursing experience</li><li>Competency in advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc.</li><li>Strong medication administration and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to perform computer data entry (training provided)</li><li>Current CPR certification</li><li>Ability to pass a urine drug screen, background check, FBI fingerprint background check, and COVID-19 testing</li></ul> Nice to Have Skills: <ul><li>Experience working with diverse patient populations</li><li>Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems</li><li>Bilingual abilities or additional language skills</li></ul> Preferred Education and Experience: <ul><li>Licensed Vocational Nurse certification in Texas</li><li>At least 1-2 years of hands-on patient care experience in a clinical setting</li></ul> Other Requirements: <ul><li>Must provide TB documentation and a valid photo ID</li><li>Willingness to work evening shifts, including every other weekend or alternating doubles</li><li>Availability for a 5-week training period, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm</li><li>Ability to work 32 hours per week, with shifts scheduled to meet staffing needs</li></ul> This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $37.50, with weekly pay via direct deposit, and includes benefits such as comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick time, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
