The Senior Manager works closely with several internal and external teams including Investor Center Partnerships Operations team, Engineering Services, Transactions, Design, Finance, Operations, Security, Technology, Procurement, and vendor partners to execute and manage all Assets for the retail portfolio, implement new concepts, manage TIA, manage Capital and Op Ex programs and ensures on-time and on-budget execution for the Investor Centers. We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager, Asset Manager responsible for driving data‑informed asset strategies across the retail portfolio, ensuring facilities investments, lifecycle planning, and capital deployment aligning with business priorities and long‑term portfolio health.
