In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting nightly site visits, ensuring work meets the highest standards, and fostering relationships with the cleaning crews who deliver our services. Your work here will matter, every day.</li></ul>If you have the janitorial experience, management skills, and drive we’re looking for—and you thrive in a role where you visit sites, solve challenges, and build relationships—we want to hear from you!Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry. </li><li>3 years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations.</li><li>Building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry experience a plus!</li><li>Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.</li><li>CRM experience preferred.</li><li>Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus, as many of our cleaning company owners and crews primarily speak Spanish.</li><li>Strong leadership with the ability to balance feedback—motivating crews by recognizing their efforts while addressing areas for improvement.</li><li>Ability to read and follow customized scopes of work and evaluate crew performance accordingly.</li><li>Must be comfortable using a smartphone for reports, taking photos, and communicating via mobile software.</li><li>A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit multiple job sites every evening.</li></ul>Physical DemandsThe physical demands are representative of requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Precision Aggregate provides quality control and materials testing services for construction projects throughout the region. We are seeking a Part-Time QC Technician with at least 5 years of experience performing aggregate and concrete testing in both field and laboratory environments for a position based in Mesquite, NV. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>The QC Technician will be required to lift and carry testing equipment and materials, work in outdoor environments, and travel to various job sites as needed.</li><li>Duties include performing field and laboratory testing of aggregates and concrete in accordance with ASTM and AASHTO standards, maintaining accurate test records, safely operating testing equipment, and ensuring clean and organized work areas.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
This is a safety‑sensitive position as the technician will often work around active construction operations, heavy equipment, and live traffic.
