Some evenings are required. We provide fully integrated care for all our patients by combining behavioral health care services with our community-based primary care health centers. Chestnut also conducts research and training throughout the U.S.A. **Please note to be considered for a position you must attach a resume, complete the application, and answer all screening questions. <h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Greet and direct patients, answer phones, and assist with scheduling.</li><li>Help patients understand insurance, billing, and financial information.</li><li>Ensure all patient information is accurate and up-to-date using our electronic health records system.</li><li>Keep our office running smoothly by managing various administrative tasks, from scanning documents to handling payments.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to ensure every patient feels supported and valued.</li></ul><h4>Qualifications</h4><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Strong customer service and telephone skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>Knowledge of office equipment (copier, fax, etc.)</li><li>The ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.</li><li>Comfort with handling confidential information and managing multiple tasks.</li><li>Ability to commute between Chestnut locations (valid driver’s license and insurance required).</li></ul> Are you intrigued by this job but don’t meet every single requirement?
