Ensure lab safety by enforcing OSHA, SDS, and high-voltage EV safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and hazardous materials handling.\u00b7Provide technical support to students during lab sessions, troubleshooting EV system diagnostics, battery management systems (BMS), and high-voltage components.\u00b7Prepare and maintain lab environments, including setup, breakdown, and organization of tools, equipment, and high-voltage safety stations.\u00b7Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring that EV testing equipment, chargers, and diagnostic tools are in proper working condition.\u00b7Monitor inventory and procure supplies, including high-voltage safety gear, diagnostic tools, and instructional materials using inventory management software.\u00b7Assist in student recruitment efforts, including visiting high schools and participating in outreach programs with a focus on underrepresented student populations.\u00b7Participate in college promotional events, skills competitions, and community engagement activities.\u00b7Maintain an organized and professional work environment to support student learning and program success.\u00b7Perform other duties as assigned by the department or supervising faculty. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\u00b7Associate degree in Automotive Services, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a closely related field, or equivalent education, training, and laboratory work expertise as determined by the college.\u00b7Minimum of two (2) years full-time work experience in EV technology, automotive diagnostics, or electrical systems.\u00b7Valid driver\u2019s license with a clean driving record.
