Proven project management and leadership skills, including scope and fee development, budget and schedule control, risk management, client communication, distributed team coordination, and AutoCAD Civil 3D/CAD-based design review; direct data center experience and agency relationships in Pennsylvania, Washington, Texas, or Louisiana are strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience working directly with AHJs, negotiating permitting requirements, responding to review comments, and guiding projects through local approval processes, with strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, roadway/access design, erosion and sediment control, and civil permitting.
