As a member of the MedStar Health System Nursing leadership team , the Senior Director will help shape the future of nursing by bringing together clinical practice, technology, data, innovation, and workforce strategy to create new models of care that improve access, safety, patient and nurse experience, clinical outcomes, and operational performance. This leader will have the opportunity to shape new nursing care models, expand the reach of the nursing workforce, evaluate emerging technologies, advance virtual and connected care, and build the clinical and operational infrastructure necessary to bring innovation safely and effectively to patients across the MedStar Health system.
