WORK SCHEDULE** - Part-Time / 28 hours per week - Evening Shifts **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS** - Be responsible for performing and supervising the dispensing functions in the Inpatient, IV Admixture, and Satellite Pharmacies **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** - Conduct a thorough patient profile review to assess the appropriateness of the prescribed medication including monitoring for drug duplications, interactions, allergies, appropriate dose, strength, and route of administration at the time each order is received; document relevant information in medical record as required.
