High School diploma or equivalent, preferably including hands-on or vocational school training and a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment OR an Associate's degree in mechanical/utilities technology, or a Licensed Journeyman with a minimum of four (4) years of experience.
