Youll serve as an integral member of the healthcare team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize medication therapy, improve patient outcomes, and promote medication safety. In this role, you will provide direct clinical pharmacy services while also supporting pharmacy operations that ensure safe and effective medication use throughout the hospital.
