Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, assumes responsibilities for instructing and supervising groups of children, preparing and following lesson plans, assessing and documenting children's development, and supervising teacher's assistant and volunteer staff assigned. Integrate educational elements into daily activities, preparing lesson plans and materials in accordance with the curriculum and contractual guidelines, covering areas such as dramatic play, science, math, art, music, language, nutrition, and motor skills.
