The Mental Health Technician (MHT) will: Provide direct patient care and supervision in a behavioral health setting Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment at all times Conduct routine patient safety checks and observations Support patients with daily living activities as appropriate Respond appropriately to situations and behavioral escalations Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to support patient care plans. Operating acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient facilities and ambulatory care access points, an insurance offering, a physician network and various related services located in 40 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.
