The Patient Flow Specialist brings their clinical expertise, leadership experience, professionalism, strong communication skills, ability to utilize and leverage technology and data analytics to make real-time expeditious decisions on patient flow, including but not limited to placement of admissions via all portals of entry, transfers, bed management, and overall throughput. This role may require access to information considered sensitive to Albany Med Health System, its patients, affiliates, and partners, including but not limited to HIPAA Protected Health Information and other information regulated by Federal and New York State statutes.
