Position Summary: Our Food Runner/Busser ensures prompt and polite service to our members and guests. Serves as the liaison between the kitchen and servers. Carries food trays to appropriate tables and serves food to guests. Responsible for preparing service stations, clearing and resetting tables, removing all trays from the dining/banquet rooms and cleaning and closing service stations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and club policies.</li><li>Respond promptly and courteously to members and guests.</li><li>Advises supervisor of any member or guest complaints as soon as they occur.</li><li>Set up, serve, and clean dining or banquet areas; perform opening and closing side work.</li><li>Deliver food and beverages, pour and refill drinks, and clear dishes.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas and follow food safety standards.</li><li>Report guest complaints immediately to supervisor.</li><li>Assist with event breakdown and room resets.</li><li>Adherence to schedules and attends scheduled meetings and pre-shift sessions.</li><li>Complete additional tasks as directed by your supervisor and management and work collaboratively with the team.</li></ul><div> Required Key Skills and Qualifications:</div><ul><li>High School diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li>Kitchen serving and/or Fine dining experience (preferred).</li><li>TB test and Gray liquor card.</li></ul><div> Work Schedule: This role requires flexibility and availability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and extended hours as necessary to meet operational demands and ensure exceptional member and guest experiences. Case Mangers also host skill building and recreational groups onsite to aide in client recovery.This position is onsite in Kaneohe. The facility operates 24/7/365. No on-call is required. This facility is an indoor/outdoor therapeutic environment with ramps, stairs, and gravel/uneven ground.**We are Currently Hiring for Swing/Evening Shifts**Swing Shift Hours: 3pm-11pm Full time: Four or five 8-hour shifts (32-40 hours per week)Part time: Two 8-hour shifts (16 hours per week)WE SUPPORT OUR CASE MANAGERS We are a close-knit agency, and you will have ample support from your supervisors.Your treatment team includes managers with an open-door policy and licensed professionals who are always available to consult with you at any time.Additionally, you will have regular team meetings, clinical supervision with your supervisor, and ongoing behavioral health training.
