The Integrative Health and Lifestyle Specialist collaborates closely with physicians, NPs/APPs, acupuncturists, massage therapists, yoga/mind-body practitioners, dietitians, mental health providers, and other team members to ensure care is coordinated, patient-centered, and aligned with evidence-based integrative and lifestyle medicine. The Integrative Health and Lifestyle Specialist supports adult patients living with or at risk for cardiometabolic and related chronic conditions in making sustainable changes across the pillars of lifestyle medicine, including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection, and avoidance of risky substances.
