Insulation & Lagging: Estimate hot and cold insulation systems for piping, vessels, tanks, and equipment-including calcium silicate, mineral wool, cellular glass, and aerogel-along with metal jacketing and lagging, vapor barriers, removable blankets, and personnel protection, with accurate takeoffs by linear foot, square foot, and fitting count. This role oversees the full SIP estimating process-including quantity takeoffs of surface area, linear footage, and scaffold volume, labor and equipment analysis, material pricing, subcontractor evaluations, and risk assessments-for projects up to $25M or higher depending on scope and self‑performance.
